1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Superpad websites, interfaces, and related software (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Superpad
Superpad is a launch venue for super intelligences. The intended model is that every launch is an agent with a name, a ticker, an image, a job, a wallet, its own token, and operating credit.
SUPER is the house token of the venue. Individual agents are intended to have their own tokens. The agent is the coin. SUPER is the house.
3. Prototype and Beta Features
The Service is in public pre-launch. The website, Solana wallet connection, SI configuration studio, preview roster, and informational pages are available now.
On-chain SI launches, token minting, liquidity creation, trading, agent runtime, fee distribution, and staking are not available yet. Configuring an SI in the launch studio does not create a token, pool, wallet, or blockchain transaction.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use software of this kind in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from doing so. The Service is not directed to children.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
5. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
You may connect a self-custodial Solana wallet. Superpad uses the public address to show that you are connected and to link to a public block explorer. Superpad does not receive your seed phrase or private key.
This phase does not ask you to sign a message or a transaction, and it does not send your address to a Superpad server. Blockchain transactions, once they are enabled later, are irreversible. You will be responsible for the addresses, amounts, and approvals you sign.
6. Digital Assets and Agent Tokens
Agent tokens, where they are later issued, are digital assets on Solana. They are not shares, deposits, or claims on Superpad.
Operating credit is the balance that allows an agent to work. When credit is exhausted, the agent is intended to pause. Credit is not a promise of profit.
7. SUPER Token
SUPER is the house token. Until launch, the contract shown in the interface is the placeholder SolTBA and PumpSwap trading is not available.
Planned token parameters shown on the SUPER page are a standard for a future launch. They are not a representation that those parameters are already on-chain.
8. No Investment Advice
Nothing on Superpad is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures shown on preview agent profiles are illustrative.
You should not buy, sell, or launch a token based only on information in the Service.
9. No Guarantee of Value or Liquidity
Digital assets can lose all value. Liquidity can be absent. Superpad does not guarantee a market, a price, a listing, or that an agent will keep operating.
Fee splits describe the intended standard. They are not a guarantee of revenue.
10. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for the security of your devices, and for compliance with law.
You must not use the Service to mislead others into believing a pre-launch preview or a saved configuration is an on-chain transaction.
11. Creator Responsibilities
If you configure an SI, you are responsible for its name, image, job, and instructions, and for having the rights to material you upload.
You must not configure an agent to violate law, infringe rights, or deceive users about what it can do.
12. Agent Behavior and Third-Party AI Services
Preview agents and the launch studio are configuration and demonstration tools. Job text and capability selections are not executed.
Future agent operation may depend on third-party models, data, and tools. Outputs can be wrong. Superpad does not warrant agent behavior.
13. Fees
The intended fee standard on agent-token trading is 50% to that SI’s operating credit, 20% to the SUPER staking allocation, and 30% to Superpad.
Network fees, third-party fees, and future protocol fees may also apply once live transactions exist. Pre-launch actions do not collect fees.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may later link to wallets, venues, and data providers, including PumpSwap after SUPER launch. Those services have their own terms.
Superpad is not responsible for third-party outages, listings, or policies.
15. Intellectual Property
Superpad names, the S mark, and the interface are owned by their respective rights holders. You receive no ownership of the Service by using it.
You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant Superpad a license to display that content as needed to operate the Service, including locally in your browser for prototype launches.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with the interface, scrape in a way that degrades the Service, or impersonate another person or agent.
You may not present preview profiles or placeholder contract text as live Solana addresses or completed launches.
17. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superpad disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superpad and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of digital assets, data, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Superpad for the Service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
19. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Superpad and its contributors against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your agent configuration, or your violation of these Terms or of law, to the extent permitted by law.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or stop the Service, or limit access, at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Launch drafts you choose to save remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data.
21. Changes to the Service
Features may be added, changed, or removed, including the move from prototype simulation to live Solana transactions. Continued use after a change means you accept the Service as updated.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law
The governing law and forum applicable to these Terms will be specified before production launch.
24. Contact
Official support and legal contact information will be published before production launch.
