1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the Superpad website handles information in its current pre-launch form. It matches the Service as it works today.
2. Information We Collect
The current Service does not require an account. We do not operate a production database of users.
Information you type into the launch studio stays in your browser unless you are using a later version of the Service that adds a server.
3. Wallet and Blockchain Information
If you connect a wallet, the application processes the public blockchain address needed to show connection state and a block-explorer link. That processing happens in your browser. Superpad does not send the address to a Superpad server, and it does not ask for a seed phrase, private key, or signature in this phase.
Public blockchain addresses are public by nature. This phase does not submit transactions. If live transactions are added later, on-chain activity may be visible to anyone.
4. Information Submitted During SI Launches
The launch studio can include an agent name, ticker, descriptions, job, operating instructions, capability selections, an initial SOL figure, and an image you choose.
That information is used to show the configuration preview on your device. Saving a draft keeps it in your browser. It is not sent to a Superpad server, and it is not added to the public roster.
5. Automatically Collected Information
Your browser and host may process standard technical data such as IP address and user agent as part of serving the website. Superpad does not add its own analytics or tracking product.
6. Local Storage
A launch draft you save is stored in your browser’s localStorage under superpad.launch.draft.v1. Stored fields can include the launch configuration and, if the image is small enough, the image as a data URL.
This data remains on your device. Clearing site data for Superpad removes it. If storage is full or blocked, the draft is not kept. Older builds of this site may have left a previous localStorage key for prototype roster entries; clearing site data removes that as well.
7. How We Use Information
Information you enter is used to render the interface: the launch preview and the preview roster.
We do not sell personal information. The launch studio does not use your configuration to train a model.
8. Blockchain Transparency
Public blockchains are visible to anyone. This pre-launch Service does not write launches to Solana. If that changes, transaction data will be public by the nature of the network and cannot be deleted from the chain by Superpad.
9. Service Providers
Hosting the website may involve an infrastructure provider that processes connection data to deliver pages. We do not currently send launch forms to a separate data processor.
10. AI and Agent Services
Job text and capability selections stay in the browser when you save a draft. Superpad does not send them to an AI provider and does not run an agent.
A future version that operates agents may transmit job instructions to model or tool providers under a later policy.
12. Data Retention
A saved launch draft remains in localStorage until you remove it or your browser evicts site data. Superpad does not hold these drafts on a server and does not run a remote deletion pipeline for them.
13. Security
You should use a current browser and device. Local storage is not an encrypted vault, and other software on your device may be able to read site data depending on your setup.
We do not claim a certification, a formal security program, or encryption of prototype agent records beyond what your browser provides.
14. International Use
The site can be opened from different countries. Prototype agent data is stored in your browser, not transferred by us to a Superpad database in another country.
15. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The prototype does not include an age-verification system.
16. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to create an agent, not to upload an image, and not to store data by clearing localStorage for this site.
Because this prototype does not hold a user database, we cannot process remote access or deletion requests for records that exist only on your device. Production rights processes will be described before a production launch. This policy does not state that Superpad complies with any specific privacy statute.
17. Third-Party Links
If a third-party destination is enabled later, such as a PumpSwap page after SUPER launch, that site has its own privacy practices. SUPER trading is not linked while the token is unlaunched.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Review it before a production launch, when live data practices may differ from this prototype.
19. Contact
Official support and legal contact information will be published before production launch.
